When it's time to buy a place in Vacationland

Here are some things to keep in mind when you are ready to buy a place in Vacationland:

  • Decide how many bedrooms and baths you would like to have.
  • Get a general idea of the location you would like to be in.
  • Decide what your budget is.
  • Remember that most developments have Home Owners Associations. Condominiums have associations.. There will be fees involved. Most mobile home parks are on leased land. Homeowners in these parks will pay larger fees BUT get plenty of amenities. Plus, the park owner pays the property taxes and water and sewer bills.
  • If boating/fishing is important to you, pick a location close to the places you think you may be boating to. If you need nautical expertise call Captain Gary Hopp, Realtor.
